2. Company Structure and Scope of Services
Asthetica is a medical tourism facilitator, specialising in cosmetic surgery, hair transplant and dental procedures. We assist clients in arranging consultations, treatment packages and travel logistics with selected Service Providers in international locations.
We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or healthcare services. All medical procedures are undertaken by independent, licensed medical professionals employed by or affiliated with our Service Providers.
3. Website Access and Client Registration
-
Users may browse the Site and view general information and packages without creating an account.
-
Registration is required to engage our Services. You must ensure that all information submitted during registration is accurate and kept up to date.
-
You must be at least 18 years old to register.
4. Pricing, Quotations and Payments
- Pricing is based on rates provided by our partnered hospitals and clinics and may vary depending on individual clinical circumstances, client health, procedural complexity, duration of stay, exchange rates, and other relevant factors.
- Any price lists, estimates, or pricing examples displayed on the Site are indicative only and may change from time to time without prior notice.
- For bookings made more than 12 weeks in advance, prices may be subject to adjustment due to factors outside our control, including changes in provider fees, operational costs, or currency fluctuations.
- A binding quotation will only be provided following clinical review and consultation with the relevant Service Provider. Once issued, quotations are valid for the period specified, provided there are no material changes to the proposed treatment plan, clinical findings, or external cost factors.
- All prices are generally quoted in the applicable local or agreed currency. Variations in exchange rates may result in changes to the final amount payable.
- Payments are primarily accepted via bank transfer, in accordance with the instructions provided at the time of booking.
- A deposit is required to secure a booking. Deposits are non refundable and confirm the client’s intention to proceed, allowing reservations to be made with medical, accommodation, and associated service providers.
- In the unlikely event that a nominated doctor becomes unavailable for any reason, suitable alternative arrangements will be made with an appropriately qualified and experienced doctor to ensure continuity of care.
- A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and acknowledged in writing.
5. Changes, Cancellations and Refunds
-
Requests for changes or cancellations must be made in writing.
-
Fees or non-refundable elements may apply due to commitments made with Service Providers, including clinical scheduling, accommodation and logistics.
-
In the event that Asthetica must reschedule or amend Services due to external circumstances, we will endeavour to offer alternative arrangements or refunds in accordance with internal policy.
6. Medical Disclaimers and Client Responsibilities
