Enquire: Book a Zoom call, complete our online enquiry form, or give us a call to schedule your free, no-obligation consultation.

Free Consultation: A dedicated Client Consultant will contact you at a time you specify to discuss your requirements in full. They will also provide a rough quote there and then.

Itinerary & Quote: Following your free consultation, your Client Consultant will devise a bespoke itinerary and customised quote. This will be an all-inclusive package – simple!

Chat: Your dedicated Client Consultant and our UK and Australian registered nurses are on hand to answer any queries you may have. We understand that undergoing surgery in a foreign country can be a daunting prospect, so we are here to ensure you feel comfortable with your decision. We also understand that requirements can change, so we will adjust your itinerary and quote accordingly, as and when required.

Arrangements: Your Client Consultant will take care of everything for you. Once everything is arranged, you will receive your full itinerary and information pack, which includes travel and accommodation details; procedure preparation advice; your aftercare plan; destination guides and details of your tours and excursions.

The Process - Arriving At Your Destination

Travel: Simply refer to your itinerary for all details. Everything is at your fingertips to ensure a smooth, seamless trip. Your Client Consultant will also be on hand to offer further guidance. You will have a personal translator throughout your trip and private (unshared) transfers to and from the airport, your hotel and medical appointments.

Aftercare: Your personalised aftercare plan will contain all the information you need, but your Client Consultant will also be in regular contact. You will also have 24-hour phone access to our UK and Australian registered nurses for further support should you need it.

They will take the time to gain a solid understanding of your unique requirements and from there will hand-craft a bespoke itinerary. Your itinerary will include procedure information packs, destination travel guides, and all the necessary details to ensure your trip is hassle-free.

They will also work with your surgeon or cosmetic nurse to devise a personalised aftercare plan.

Your Client Consultant will make all the necessary arrangements and communicate with you throughout, so you are always kept up-to-date and fully informed. They will also be on hand to answer all your questions.
