Vaser liposuction is a less invasive procedure compared to traditional liposuction. Vaser stands for Vibration Amplification of Sound Energy at Resonance, meaning that fat cells are loosened by intense reverberating sound waves. In any one surgical procedure, vaser liposuction can safely:

How does vaser liposuction work?

The area to be treated is numbed with local anaesthetic. Once numbed, the surgeon makes minor incisions and inserts a long thin cannula. Pulsing ultrasound waves are distributed via the cannula which vibrate strongly to liquify the fat cells in between muscles and tissue. Fat cells are removed, and incisions are closed. You should expect some pain, swelling & discomfort after the procedure but this dissipates and you should feel comfortable around 6 weeks.

How long do vaser liposuction results last?

How is vaser liposuction different to traditional liposuction?
